1. ScopeThe following terms and conditions apply to all orders made through our online shop.
2. Contractor, conclusion of contractThe purchase agreement is concluded with Peter Weiss.
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can first add our products to the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided for and explained in the order process. The confirmation of receipt of your order is made by e-mail immediately after the sending of the order.
When the contract with us is concluded depends on the payment method you choose:

Credit card

PayPal Express
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment order to PayPal. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and accept your offer.
SOFORT Transfer
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider SOFORT Transfer, where you will confirm the payment order to SOFORT Transfer. This concludes the contract with us.
Giropay
After placing the order, you will be redirected to your bank's website, where you will confirm the payment order to your bank. This concludes the contract with us.
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
We do not store the text of the contract.
4. Terms of DeliveryIn addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs are added. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs in the offers.
We deliver only by shipping route. A self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. PaymentIn our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you:

In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via SOFORT transfer, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure activated for participation in SOFORT transfer, legitimize yourself accordingly and confirm the payment order to us. Further information can be obtained during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by SOFORT Transfer and will be debited to your account.
Giropay
After placing the order, you will be redirected to your bank's website. In order to pay the invoice amount via Giropay, you must have an online banking account with A PIN/TAN procedure that has been activated to participate in Giropay, legitimize yourself accordingly and confirm the payment order to us. Further information can be obtained during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be executed immediately afterwards and will be debited to your account.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Transport damageIf goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
